Terms of Service

By using physiomatchlondon.com ("the site") or our "Get Matched" service, you agree to these terms.
1. What we are
PhysioMatch London is a free matching service operated by Harvir Ubhi, trading as PhysioMatch London. We connect people looking for physiotherapy in London with independent, HCPC-registered physiotherapists and clinics in our network. We are not a medical provider, we do not employ the physiotherapists we match you to, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment ourselves.
2. Not for emergencies
If you have symptoms that could be a medical emergency — including but not limited to sudden loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around your groin or bottom, or sudden weakness in both legs (signs of a rare but serious condition called cauda equina syndrome) — call 999 or go to A&E immediately. Do not use this site or wait for a match.
3. The service we provide
You tell us about your condition and preferences using the "Get Matched" form. We aim to pass your details to a suitable physiotherapist or clinic from our network within 24 hours. We do not guarantee:
- That a match will be found
- The clinical outcome of any treatment you receive
- Availability, pricing, or appointment times of any clinic in our network
Every clinic and physiotherapist we match you with is an independent business, not an employee, agent, or representative of PhysioMatch London. Any agreement for treatment — including price, appointments, and the treatment itself — is between you and that clinic directly. We are not a party to it.
4. Our liability
Because we don't provide treatment ourselves, we're not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any treatment you receive from a clinic we match you to. If you have a complaint about your treatment, it should go to that clinic directly, and if relevant, to their regulatory body (the Health and Care Professions Council, hcpc-uk.org).
We're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for issues caused by things outside our control (for example, a clinic being unavailable or closing).
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or fraud.
5. Using the site
You agree to give accurate information when using the "Get Matched" form. Please don't use the site to submit false information, attempt to access parts of the site you're not meant to, or interfere with how it runs.
6. Providers ("For Providers" partners)
Clinics and physiotherapists who join our network do so under separate terms agreed when they sign up. Being listed or matched through PhysioMatch London does not make a clinic our employee, partner, or agent, and does not mean we've verified every detail of their practice beyond the checks described on our "For Providers" page.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
